SALES POLICY
All rabbit sales are stricly held to the following health and sales policy.
You may ask for a copy of this policy if we don't not provide one.

Marthas's Rabbitry has the right to refuse any sale. All sales are Final and we can't refund or change any rabbit sold after 48 hours of purchase.
Health Policy
*All of our bunnies will be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. A complete health inspection will be done in you presence at the time of the purchase.
* We will not sell any rabbit showing outward signs of infection or any other visible illness.
* We handle our rabbits on a daily basis. We will not sell any Rabbit that shows signs of agression or biting.

* We will not issue a refund or replacement rabbit unless written confirmation of illness or defect from a licensed veterinarian is presented within 48 hours of purchase. We will NOT be responsible, under any circumstances, for any veterinary bills incurred by rabbits that we have sold.
* We guarantee the health of our bunnies for 7 days. If a illness or death occurs, please contact us right away to determine whether you are eligible for a refund. This health guarantee does not apply to situations involving illness or death created by unnecesary stress, neglect, mistreatment, overhandling, or mishandling. A refund will not be considered under these circumstances.
Pricing & Holding Policy
- We only accept cash in person. Please bring exact change and a box or carrier cage when you planning to pick up a rabbit.
-We reserve the right to deny/refuse any sale or adoption of any of our animal at any time, we will only do this if we feel that it is in the best interest of the animal.
-Not bunny will be considered on hold until the deposit is received.

Pick up & Feeding
* WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER BUNNIES.
* You must notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you will come to pickup a rabbit. Please never arrive without notice, you may not find us, and your trip will be in vain.
* Our rabbitry is located on a safe and secure environment, we only allow entrance with appoinment. If you are visiting, please dont make loud noises dont open the cages, don't try to hold a bunnie whithout premise , dont run, scream or yell , as you know Rabbits are very sensitive to smell and noise and they can be easily altered them. please ..don't bring other animal.

*CHANGIN THE FOOD IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR SOME RABBITS. It is why we provide a week supply of pellets, while you get their new feed.
It would be best do it slowly,
For the fisrt week, Do 25% new and 75% old
For the second week, Do 50 / 50 mix.
The 3rd week is 75% new and 25%old.
*Timothy hay it is the best for rabbit.
* We daily feed all our bunnies with PURINA PELLETS (COMPLETE) and Timothy Hay .You can find your nearest store food supply by visiting :

If for any reason you can't longer care for a rabbit that you bought from us, we will always be willing to take the animal back ( as long the bunny it is healthy )
